（1）利用純培養技術及組學技術對微生物多樣性的研究

（2）原核微生物基因組、遺傳多樣性分析

（3）功能微生物的發酵應用研究

主講本科生課程《食品微生物》、《食品添加劑》、《現代食品檢測技術》、《食品微生物學實驗》；研究生課程《高級食品微生物學》。
